A 1970's era Dune Buggy / Sand Rail with a 1967 1500cc Engine. Has been parked outdoors in Arizona desert for many years. Was a VW / KIT CAR project that is 98% completed, but never titled. No title or battery. Engine turns easily with a breaker bar on the crank bolt, so it is not seized up. Engine is missing the access plate on the oil pan for replacing oil filter/ changing oil. (see photo). The seat covers, master cylinder, and rear brakes need replacing - at minimum. Comes with a good tow bar. Tows easily. All the old flat tires that were on it, were just replaced with good used tires with about 75% tread remaining. 195-65R15 fronts. 31x10.50R15LT rears. Removable front fiberglass cowling.
